Charles Crawford was a Hostler at the Sioux City Railroad Yard when it was active and alive. Mr. Crawford tragically passed away at the Rail Yard due to an unfortunate accident. He is remembered as a World War 1 Veteran and a brave soul. Charle's story continues 90 years after his death in Loco Ghosts.
