Tracy Todd is a Paranormal Investigator from Panama City Beach, Florida and is the Founder of Emerald Coast Paranormal Concepts. His interest in the unknown began at an early age with a memorable encounter and that interest has grown into investigating some of the most haunted locations in the United States. At this Mansion, Tracy leads the Team into their investigation which leads to incredible results. 

Tracy is married to Susan Todd. 

Susan Todd is the Co-Founder of Emerald Coast Paranormal Concepts and considers herself the skeptic of the group. With her husband Tracy, Susan has investigated ghostly activity at homes and businesses across Florida and beyond. Susan brings an authentic take on the investigation of the Russ House in this Film, and uncovers some not so haunted things. Susan resides in Panama City Beach, Florida, enjoys the beach as much as ghost hunting. 

Dale Cox is an acclaimed author who resides in 2 Egg, Florida. Yes that IS the name of the town, and it is a beautiful place. Mr. Cox has written extensively about the Russ House, both it's history and haunts. We are privileged to have him appear in TRHM revealing the ghost stories and his relationship with Emerald Coast Paranormal Concepts. Along with this Film, Mr. Cox also appears in MPV's "Real Haunts" and "Spirits in the Storm". Both are available on Tubi and YouTube TV and Movies. 

Deidre Burbacher is a Panama City Beach, Florida resident who really wanted to join the Paranormal World but wasn't quite sure hows. So she asked Tracy and Susan if she could come along. The rest is history. Deidre's unique ghost hunting skills are put to the test at the Russ House Mansion as she explores the history and haunts. Since this Film, Deidre has gone on to appear in "Spirits in the Storm" and "Real Haunts 3". 

Pam Fuqua, at the time of filming, was the Director of Tourism at Jackson County. And her office was in.....the Mansion. Pam is THE expert when it comes to the Russ House's history and mythology. She has also experienced the Paranormal here and reveals all in this Documentary. Pam also vividly tells the rich and tragic history of the house and the death of Joseph Russ. Jason Hedden is a Panama City Beach, Florida resident and a Professor of Theater at Gulf Coast State College. Mr. Hedden provides the voice of Merritt Dekle in this Film. Mr. Dekle was a resident of the Mansion and his stories provide the narrative for "The Real Haunted Mansion. And Jason really bring his words to life in this Film. Jason Hedden is also an Entertainer at Comedy Clubs across the US, catch him if you can!

Kenny Foxworth is a native of Chipley, Florida which is a few miles from Panama City Beach. Kenny has been a Team member of ECPC for over 10 years and his knowwledge of local history and lore adds much to the investigation. At the Russ House, Kenny makes several key discoveries and you will see it all in "The Real Haunted Mansion" now playing everywhere. Kenny also appears in "Spirits in te Storm" and is married to Kim Foxworth, another memeber. 

Jeff Wurst is a Paranormal Investigator from Panama City, Florida and was a part of the ECPC Team that investigated the Russ House. Jeff's speciality is the Rem-pod, in which you used to communicate with someone during the filming of this Documentary. Who was that? Watch and decide for yourself. Jeff reveals the history of the house and invites you to come on in and join him! Jeff has since left the Team but his evidence lives on. 

Kim Foxworth is married to Kenny and has been a part of Emerald Coast Paranormal Concepts for many years, investigating locations all over Florida.  In The Real Haunted Mansion, Kim reveals her favorite ghost hunting tool and helps to uncover the secrets of this 150 year old Antebellum Mansion, filled with rich history, tragedy and haunts? Kim resides in the great town of Chipley, Florida just minutes from the Mansion.

Fancis Russ was always know as "Big Mama". Not because she was big, but because she was bigger than life. Her Father was Joseph Russ, who built the Mansion and ultimately died of suicide in this Antebellum Home. It was this tragedy that projected Big Mama into another world of living and a new age. But Francis Russ wouldn't give up the mansion for anything. Her fighting presence is still felt at the Russ House, years after Big Mama's death. 

The Russ House was built by Joseph Washington Russ Jr., a prominent local merchant and landowner, primarily as a residence for himself and his mother, Mary Beman Russ.

During the Stock Market Crash of 1929 was a turning point for Mr. Russ. The value of home and his business in Marianna, Florida were shattered and eventually led to Mr. Russ's tragic end. His daughter was Big Mama Francis Russ who was impacted by his tragedy big time. 

John Cordon was "The Real Haunted Mansion's Drone Pilot, capturing incredible views of the Russ House that has never been seen before or since. Mr. Cordon's Drone business is based in Panama City Beach, Florida which is also his home. Although Mr. Cordon's role was a backstage one, he was thrust into the spotlight when his drone became the center of a Paranormal Event that shocked everyone. It's all here in the Film as the dramatic events unfolded.....

Big Mama was Merritt Dekle's Grandmother. When Merritt was a child he spent many summers at the Russ House. It is these experiences that form the basis of his writings. Mr. Dekle's own words are used in this Film, recited by Jason Hedden. 

Mr. Dekle documented the history and also archived the vintage photos of the Russ House that in 2026 forms the best possible source for the history of this Antebellum Mansion.
